Lots of stuff going on. 1. XP gain, but no levels. Character | XP | Class | Level | Morvan | 17798/17798 | Cleric/Magic-user | 5/4 | Zinc | 38018 | Cleric | 6 | Basil | 1999 | Fighter/Thief/Bard | 5/6/1 | Kazan | 17168 | Monk*/Fighter | 5*/4 | Kimball | 36107 | Ranger | 5 |
2. Items given to the Jarl of Jarls Yngvar and returned to the party. Item | Encumbrance | Value | Large Sack w/clothing, unguents, perfumes and creams | 400 | 1000 | Large Sack w/clothing, unguents, perfumes and creams | 400 | 1000 | Large Sack w/clothing, unguents, perfumes and creams | 400 | 1000 | Large Sack w/clothing, unguents, perfumes and creams | 400 | 1000 | Mirror | 100 | 55 | Wood and Mother of Pearl Coffer | 40 | 55 | Silver torc with amber | 10 | 800 | Wrought silver torc | 10 | 200 | Wrought silver torc | 10 | 200 | Wrought silver torc | 10 | 200 | Large sack of 20 ermine pelts | 400 | 1500 | Large sack of 20 ermine pelts | 400 | 1500 | Small sack of 2 ermine pelts and silver wolf pelt | 140 | 2650 | Silver necklace with 12 pearls | 10 | 1300 | Silk bag with | | 20 | 50 uncut beryls | 100 | 1000 | Leather bag with 32 uncut opals | 64 | 1600 | 5 tusks | 250 | 45 | Gold chalice | 50 | 80 | 14 Silver tankards | 140 | 210 | 11 Copper torcs | 220 | 22 | 4 Silver torcs | 40 | 80 | 2 Silver torcs with mother of pearl inlay | 20 | 150 | Silver torc with 3 diamonds | 10 | 125 | Silver toad censer | 100 | 500 | Gold incense burner and 4 blocks incense | 100 | 880 | Large sack with | | | 10 onyx | 10 | 250 | 30 malachite | 30 | 750 | 82 volcanic glass | 82 | 2050 | 20 onyx | 20 | 1000 | 30 malachite | 30 | 1500 | 20 volcanic glass | 20 | 1000 | 45 onyx | 45 | 4500 | 10 malachite | 10 | 1000 | 5 volcanic glass | 5 | 500 | 10 onyx | 10 | 1250 | 12 ruby | 12 | 1200 | 3864 gold coins in 10 large sacks | 3864 | 3864 |
The magic items have been divided among the characters. If you want to convert coins into gold rings, you can. Gold rings can be made up to 50 GP in value, at a weight of 20 GP, increasing its VER, sacrificing flexibility (you probably wouldn't get correct change). Yngvar also makes land grants in the far north and makes you honorary Lion clan members. 3. Kimball and Morvan each pick up elven chain and 2000 GP in emeralds as a gratitude gift from Annaka, who reaches the faerie roads. 4. Morvan and Zinc train for 5th level cleric. Basil trains for 1st level Bard. 5. Morvan checks out the spells on the books and scrolls. No identify spell. He has not, as of yet, purchased spell ink. 6. Yngvar and Viggo relate that the flaming insectoid stated that the Clans are all to die, first of hunger and cold until they eat their own young, and then at the hands of the undying host of Her Dark Majesty. Yngvar believes that the winter snows will keep Her Dark Majesty's hosts bottled in the North until the first thaw, but then the Clans will face a dire foe. Yngvar asks you all to go on a somewhat secret, or at least not public, quest to recover the four War Horns of the Clans, key components of the victory won by Hjalmar over the forces of Her Dark Majesty decades earlier. When you accept, he outfits each of you with 2 vials of holy water, a flask of royal honeyed mead, and a personal guard (Level 1 fighter, unspecialized, 6 HP, all characteristics 11, Alignment N, equipped with leather armor, large wooden shields, spears and long swords). Gregers is seconded to be a scout again. Ponies each able to carry 2000 GP before being encumbered are made available in effectively unlimited amounts. The War Horns of the Clans are lost in antiquity. Long ago, the ancestors of the clans worked mighty magics to forge four relics of great power to aid their descendants in dark times. These War Horns of the Clans worked powerful enchantments when sounded. When blown in concert, they invoked even greater miracles. They were last sounded together during the Winter of Tears, more than seventy years ago, when the great jarl Hjalmar crushed Her Dark Majesty’s forces in a terrible battle upon a frozen fjord. It is sung that her body was broken and cast through the ice; her fell host scattered into the trackless wastes. Each horn is marked with a rune for each of the four cardinal directions. Yngvar will exchange a powerful horn for each of the War Horns of the Clans brought to him. Viggo is only partially helpful in describing where the War Horns of the Clans must be. All were in possession of Hjalmar and his lieutenants during the Winter of Tears. Two are sung of in the sagas since then. Tradition holds that the Horn of the North was last in the possession of Gudbrand Gray-Eyes, a nephew of Hjalmar. Gudbrand was a true hero, well-remembered in song. He was last seen, over fifty years, ago somewhere on the western coast of the Land, near Grimmin’s Headland. It is said that he took part in the epic Battle of Åege, where the Clans fiercely repulsed an invasion by the mysterious Sea People. It is known that more than fifty years ago, the mysterious Sea People invaded the Land of Song before being driven back by the brave axes of the clans at Grimmin’s Headland. He appears in no further tales, but whether he perished in the battle is unknown. The tales of the Horn of the West diverge. One line of epic poems tells that following the Winter of Tears, the great jarl Hjalmar awarded the Horn to a cousin, Thorvald Gnollhammer, the Chief of the rival Wolf Clan. It is said that Thorvald in turn passed the Horn to one of his sons. Thorvald, however, had twin sons, Kresten and Kristin. It is unclear which one possessed the relic. Kresten Shield-Breaker was a hero of great renown. It is sung that he fell in battle with the great beast Farfarsil in the foothills of the Marching Mountains more than forty years ago. Kristin Elf-Friend was last known to live near the Volkwood. If he were still alive today, he would be quite venerable. Another set of songs, however, maintains that the trickster hero Ragnvold Rune-Stealer won the Horn of the West from Thorvald in a game of chance. Ragnvold’s famed luck came to an end, however, when he sought to steal from the hoard of Hallakire, the great White Worm, and the Horn was lost with him. Hallakire, the White Worm, has ravaged the southern coast of the Land of Song for decades. She lairs in a cave not far from Finstrom. No one has dared to challenge this dread beast for decades. Even the town of Finstrom quakes at her might, paying wurmgild and not building walls around their city, since she will not countenance them. 7. The weather is increasingly worse, with 6 inches of snow on the ground and the day shortening. At Basil's insistence, everyone is provided with skis or snowshoes (100 cn encumbrance) and furs (60 cn encumbrance). Walking on snowshoes or skis can be done at 75% of normal movement. 8. The Land of Song. Ideal movement at a 12" rate is about 2 hexes per day.

Cool.
Lots of questions.
For the DM: 1. Will Yngvar hold treasure for us while we go on this quest? If not are there any gems, jewelry or platinum to be purchased?
2. In addition to the tracks of land, I thought Yngvar gave us some valuables - are those listed?
3. Have training costs already been deducted?
4. Did Viggo identify any of the other magic items we have? There was at least the wand we got from the pirates and a bunch of potions.
5. Any mention of going back to the Valley?
6. What is the story with Mogrim?
7. Can we get the silver wolf pelt made into winter gear? Does it provide any additional benefit over other furs? How many people can it be used to equip?
For the party: 1. Where do we want to go first?
2. Do you want me to run the treasure splitter on what we have left? Full shares for everyone including Gregers? How much for the party funds? I think we should include the reward from the elves - at least the gems - in the split.
3. Do we need to re-divide the magic items given what was reclaimed? Is the elven chain magical? How does this effect what Morvan and Kimball can use?
4. Have Cullen and Kimball restocked on arrows, silver and not? Do we need to silver any of our non-magical weapons?

To slay Hallakire, the great White Worm near Finstrom. 2. Full shares for everyone (Gregers, Cullen included) and one share "for the party" ?? Kimball is keeping the gifts given to him by the elves. He'll take 2000gp less of the treasure split. 3. Magic Items:Kimball has elven chainmail, ring of protection +2, Majstang (giantslayer), cloak of elvenkind, an arrow of slaying (devils) Kazan has platemail +1, Alfbrand (flametongue), shield +1/+4 vs missiles. Zinc has regular platemail, silver-shod shield +1, battle axe +2, ring of protection +1, ring of water-walking, potion of youth. (and the cleric scroll) Morvan has elven chainmail, wand of magic detection, mace +1, the white-hide cloak. (and all the MU scrolls/spellbooks) Basil has bracers AC 5, rope of climbing, ring of "cool," broadsword +1. Cullen has leather armor, Dodenbaum (+3 shortsword) and a +1 shortsword. Gregers has regular chainmail. There's also a potion of "etherealness" and a potion of superheroism which are up for grabs. Anything missing off that list? Anything need to be redistributed? Cullen should probably get the white-hide cloak which acts as studded leather. I don't know how encumbering it is but he could ditch his leather armor. 4. Kimball has 26 silver arrows and 50 regular arrows. He could probably take another 2 quivers as backup.

1. Didn't think to ask. 2. We got some livestock and furs which we sold to cover training costs. 3. Yup. Already taken out. 4. Yes for 100gp per item indicated in post above. 5. Yes we are free to go back to the valley. Kimball and Zinc are tired of the valley and want to slay the worm. Ingvar suggested that we do that one second. Basil is ignored. 6. He was treated with high respect. He went back to his clan bearing a message offer/request of/for support from the clans. 7. We purchased cold weather gear for 50 gp per person. We also each have a 0 level bodyguard and Gregers going with us. Kimball thought we needed more perople to carry our eventual loot. Also have horse to carry food and supplies. Silver pelt is just part of treasure. No one thought to try it on. We also did not think to look for spell ink and book materials for Morvan.

Viigo identified everything. The broadsword was +1. The ring of chill is the opposite (inverse?) of a ring of warmth. The cloak protects as studded leather and act as a ring of warmth.
Morgrim went back to his people and brought a message of friendship from Yngvar.
Training costs were deducted from the livestock and other rewards from Yngvar. We kept our land, however.

Cold weather gear was not purchased for 50 GP, but it was instead ruled that cold weather gear adds 50 GP of encumbrance to each character.

Who has the luck stone?
We can give the potion of super heroism to Gregers. If he won't use it Kazan will take it.
Is everyone proficient in the magic weapons they possess?
Isn't there a fear/awe factor with dragons for people at 5th level and under? I might not have the level correct. I think we should wait on that as well.
I say back to the Valley on the way to the Marching Mountains and Farfarsil. What sort of beast is Farfarsil?

We got some livestock and furs which we sold to cover training costs. 3. Yup. Already taken out. We spent more on identification/bind wounds treatments/weapon training, etc. than Ingvar provided and we gave up the chalcedony bowl. 5. Yes we are free to go back to the valley. Kimball and Zinc are tired of the valley and want to slay the worm. Ingvar suggested that we do that one second. Basil is ignored. We have four places to investigate on that map. Finstrom (and the White Worm) are the closest at 2-3 days. The Valley of the Jarls is on the way to "the great beast Farfarsil in the foothills of the Marching Mountains" which is like a week or two north from Kerava. Two of them (Grimmin Headlands and Volkwood) are way out west and we'll need to take a boat or cross that stretch of water between "Frostfury Sound" and "Battle Bay." We also each have a 0 level bodyguard and Gregers going with us. Kimball thought we needed more perople to carry our eventual loot. Ingvar offered. Seemed beneficial. When Gregers goes to -9 we'll have someone to carry/guard him. When everyone in the party wants to sleep for 8 hours we'll have more people to stand watch. When Zinc goes on a dangerous away mission, we'll send red shirts with him.

Morvan has the luckstone still, I think. Should that go to someone who can use it more? +1 to savings throws isn't amazing, but extra % on thief skills might be helpful. At Basil's insistence, everyone is provided with skis or snowshoes (100 cn encumbrance) and furs (60 cn encumbrance). Basil doesn't have a magic weapon he is proficient in. (broadsword +1) Morvan doesn't have a magic weapon he is proficient in. (mace +1) Did Zinc train in battle axe? We have no idea what a Farfarsil is.

Are they permanently unspecialized, or can we have our guy specialize in either? Also, the mead is a Potion of Extra-Healing. Zinc trained in Battle Axe. Morvan has an extra proficiency, which should go to mace. Basil might have an extra Bard proficiency to put into broadsword.

What is the carrying capacity of a horse? I'm wondering what the remaining carrying capacity will be after we load the two weeks food per person on. I'm just trying to think if we want to bring extra arrows, rope, torches, bone scroll tubes, grapling hook, spare backpacks, etc. since we have beasts of burden.
I think I would also like to see if a couple of the three section 10' poles are avaliable. How about a compass or spyglass? I would also like to get a sling and bullents. Even with a non-proficiency I have a good chance to hit with it. . How about parment and ink to make maps on? Spell ink and books. Morvan had plenty of time while we were there to think of it (Not that we did).
Of course all this depends on whether we have left the town yet

For the DM: 1. Will Yngvar hold treasure for us while we go on this quest? If not are there any gems, jewelry or platinum to be purchased?
Yngvar will hold your treasure, but you might not get all of it back, nor get it back in the form you gave it to him. As you'll recall, it is conventional in the North to give all of your treasure to your Jarl and have your Jarl gift it back to you. In function this means that the Jarl gets a tithe to support you on in your dotage. In practice this means that the Jarl may swap his items for your items, or give your item out as a gift to the next person who brings in treasure to him. Since you are now honorary clan members, he is both your Jarl and your Jarl of Jarls, so he probably thinks its fine to muck around with anything you give him. You might disagree.
2. In addition to the tracks of land, I thought Yngvar gave us some valuables - are those listed?
Yes. Yngvar gave each of you specially made silver and gold torcs worth 500 GP each. These have been sanctified by Siri to perform the same function as the bronze torcs. The bronze torcs were not recovered. Yngvar also granted each of you land in the far north, cold-weather furs, resupply of conventional items, ponies, your choice of skis or snowshoes, and additional trade goods.
3. Have training costs already been deducted?
Yes. The additional trade goods, the chalcedony bowl, the evil tome, and the silver rod were traded or destroyed in the training process for Zinc, Morvan, and Basil.
4. Did Viggo identify any of the other magic items we have? There was at least the wand we got from the pirates and a bunch of potions.
Yes. Wand of Magic Detection and Rope of Climbing have command words coming. Your potion was an elixir of life.
5. Any mention of going back to the Valley?
Someone asked about the Valley. Siri said in her communing with the ancestors that the evil in the Valley of the Sleeping Jarls had greatly abated. The destruction of the Hellmouth and of the Evil Tongue seems to have removed the feeling of malevolence that was there before. The Valley is certainly not cleansed, and the ancestors feel that lesser evils still abound there, but Yngvar believes that with Evil Tongue destroyed, Her Dark Majesty's plan for the Valley is thwarted.
6. What is the story with Mogrim?
He was well treated by Yngvar and related his best wishes. Yngvar sought and failed to achieve an alliance. Mogrim told him that the Dwuerin are conflicted between fleeing, fighting, and hiding from the evil beyond the Trevårå Peaks. Mogrim left following the Day of Swine and Roses.
7. Can we get the silver wolf pelt made into winter gear? Does it provide any additional benefit over other furs? How many people can it be used to equip?
The silver wolf pelt is only one wolf pelt. It could be made into a luxurious cloak for one, though the cloak would be very valuable. It's high value comes from its rare color and thickness, but it doesn't have any particular special abilities.
For the party: 1. Where do we want to go first?
2. Do you want me to run the treasure splitter on what we have left? Full shares for everyone including Gregers? How much for the party funds? I think we should include the reward from the elves - at least the gems - in the split.
While the elven chain is widely known to the party, both Kimball and Morvan have kept quiet about the monetary reward provided them. As far as I recall, , the rest of the party only knows of the gems out of character.
3. Do we need to re-divide the magic items given what was reclaimed? Is the elven chain magical? How does this effect what Morvan and Kimball can use?
4. Have Cullen and Kimball restocked on arrows, silver and not? Do we need to silver any of our non-magical weapons?
Cullen is carrying 20 silver arrows and 40 regular arrows again.

2. Full shares for everyone (Gregers, Cullen included) and one share "for the party" ?? Kimball is keeping the gifts given to him by the elves. He'll take 2000gp less of the treasure split. That makes it easy. That gives 8 shares. There is a little more than 40,000 GP worth of stuff that weighs a little less than 8,000 GP in encumbrance. Every share is worth 5,000 GP and weighs approximately 1,000 GP. Even if we could convert all of the gold to gems we are still talking about 50 lbs a person. I personally don't think it is a good idea to drag a fortune around on a pony. Any suggestions on what to do with all of it? How much does a long ship cost?

Kimball has elven chainmail, ring of protection +2, Majstang (giantslayer), cloak of elvenkind, an arrow of slaying (devils)
Kazan has platemail +1, Alfbrand (flametongue), shield +1/+4 vs missiles.

Zinc has regular platemail, silver-shod shield +1, battle axe +2, ring of protection +1, ring of water-walking, potion of youth. (and the cleric scroll)
Morvan has elven chainmail, wand of magic detection, mace +1, the white-hide cloak. (and all the MU scrolls/spellbooks)
Morvan has Benedikte's luckstone.
Basil has bracers AC 5, rope of climbing, ring of "cool," broadsword +1.
Cullen has leather armor, Dodenbaum (+3 shortsword) and a +1 shortsword.
Gregers has regular chainmail.
There's also a potion of "etherealness" and a potion of superheroism which are up for grabs.

I have read this as the proficiences gained while being a fighter as well.

You might disagree.I suggest we leave with Yngvar anything with a VER of less than 5 as well as whatever gold we don't want to carry. These items would be left with Yngvar: - 1 Gold chalice
- 1 Mirror
- 1 Wood and Mother of Pearl Coffer
- 4 Large Sacks w/clothing, unguents, perfumes and creams
- 4 Silver torcs
- 5 tusks
- 11 Copper torcs
- 14 Silver tankards
- 42 ermine pelts
Not including any gold, but including the special torcs (3,500 gp) and the emeralds (4,000 gp), that gives a total encumbrance of only 891 gp with a value of 31,975 gp. That comes to about 11 lbs a share with a value of 4,000 gp. That will mean we are leaving with Yngvar 7,697 gp worth of items and some gold. Anyone have a problem with this?

Kimball is fine with telling the party about the gems he received. (He won't mention the one he gave to Cullen) Not including any gold, but including the special torcs (3,500 gp) and the emeralds (4,000 gp), that gives a total encumbrance of only 891 gp with a value of 31,975 gp. That comes to about 11 lbs a share with a value of 4,000 gp. That will mean we are leaving with Yngvar 7,697 gp worth of items and some gold. Anyone have a problem with this? I wouldn't include the special torcs that our Jarl gave us to proudly wear around the land in the treasure split. While they may have some monetary value, they're worth more as proof that we're the new champions and part of the Jarl of Jarl's elite special forces. As for the emeralds, Morvan will have to decide if he's going to mention his to the party. Kimball is fine with taking 2000gp less share of the other stuff, like I said. Also, Kimball thinks "all the excess [treasure] should be donated to a worthy communal or institutional cause (but never to another player character)."

I am only including the special torcs in the treasure split so that it is easier to calculate the party share. Everyone would keep their torc and the party would get a 500 gp equivalent. Just like Kimball and Morvan would keep their emeralds and everyone else would get a 2000 gp equivalent. It also makes the math come out nice.

Note that with the ring of water walking Zinc will actually stay above the level of the snow and will get his full movement rate (which unfortunately is a 6" in plate mail). I would suggest that he get some chain or splint mail to use while we are traveling in the open. Did we want to purchase horses in addition to the ponies to speed our travels?

I gave Gregers the heaviest items, figuring he can leave them with Ingvar. Everyone keeps their personal treasure (emeralds, special torcs). The Party gets the pearl necklace in hopes of getting Identify. Take more gold if you want to carry it. | count | value | enc | tot value | tot enc | Kimball | | | | | | emeralds | 1 | 2000 | 1 | 2000 | 1 | silver and gold torc | 1 | 500 | 10 | 500 | 10 | Wrought silver torc | 1 | 200 | 10 | 200 | 10 | onyx | 2 | 100 | 1 | 200 | 2 | volcanic glass | 11 | 50 | 1 | 550 | 11 | volcanic glass | 17 | 25 | 1 | 425 | 17 | uncut beryls | 6 | 20 | 2 | 120 | 12 | gold coins | 5 | 1 | 1 | 5 | 5 | Subtotal | | | | 4000 | 68 | | Morvan | | | | | | emeralds | 1 | 2000 | 1 | 2000 | 1 | silver and gold torc | 1 | 500 | 10 | 500 | 10 | Wrought silver torc | 2 | 200 | 10 | 400 | 20 | onyx | 2 | 100 | 1 | 200 | 2 | volcanic glass | 2 | 100 | 1 | 200 | 2 | volcanic glass | 3 | 50 | 1 | 150 | 3 | volcanic glass | 17 | 25 | 1 | 425 | 17 | uncut beryls | 6 | 20 | 2 | 120 | 12 | gold coins | 5 | 1 | 1 | 5 | 5 | Subtotal | | | | 4000 | 72 | | Zinc | | | | | | silver and gold torc | 1 | 500 | 10 | 500 | 10 | onyx | 9 | 100 | 1 | 900 | 9 | malachite | 10 | 100 | 1 | 1000 | 10 | volcanic glass | 3 | 100 | 1 | 300 | 3 | malachite | 13 | 50 | 1 | 650 | 13 | volcanic glass | 17 | 25 | 1 | 425 | 17 | malachite | 4 | 25 | 1 | 100 | 4 | uncut beryls | 6 | 20 | 2 | 120 | 12 | gold coins | 5 | 1 | 1 | 5 | 5 | Subtotal | | | | 4000 | 83 | | Cullen | | | | | | Silver torc with amber | 1 | 800 | 10 | 800 | 10 | silver and gold torc | 1 | 500 | 10 | 500 | 10 | onyx | 14 | 100 | 1 | 1400 | 14 | malachite | 15 | 50 | 1 | 750 | 15 | volcanic glass | 17 | 25 | 1 | 425 | 17 | uncut beryls | 6 | 20 | 2 | 120 | 12 | gold coins | 5 | 1 | 1 | 5 | 5 | Subtotal | | | | 4000 | 83 | | Basil | | | | | | silver and gold torc | 1 | 500 | 10 | 500 | 10 | onyx | 5 | 125 | 1 | 625 | 5 | onyx | 15 | 100 | 1 | 1500 | 15 | Silver torcs with mother of pearl inlay | 1 | 75 | 10 | 75 | 10 | onyx | 12 | 50 | 1 | 600 | 12 | malachite | 2 | 50 | 1 | 100 | 2 | volcanic glass | 14 | 25 | 1 | 350 | 14 | malachite | 5 | 25 | 1 | 125 | 5 | uncut beryls | 6 | 20 | 2 | 120 | 12 | gold coins | 5 | 1 | 1 | 5 | 5 | Subtotal | | | | 4000 | 90 | | Kazan | | | | | | silver and gold torc | 1 | 500 | 10 | 500 | 10 | onyx | 5 | 125 | 1 | 625 | 5 | ruby | 12 | 100 | 1 | 1200 | 12 | onyx | 3 | 100 | 1 | 300 | 3 | Silver torcs with mother of pearl inlay | 1 | 75 | 10 | 75 | 10 | onyx | 8 | 50 | 1 | 400 | 8 | volcanic glass | 6 | 50 | 1 | 300 | 6 | malachite | 19 | 25 | 1 | 475 | 19 | uncut beryls | 6 | 20 | 2 | 120 | 12 | gold coins | 5 | 1 | 1 | 5 | 5 | Subtotal | | | | 4000 | 90 | | Gregers | | | | | | silver wolf pelt | 1 | 2500 | 100 | 2500 | 100 | Gold incense burner and 4 blocks incense | 1 | 880 | 100 | 880 | 100 | silver and gold torc | 1 | 500 | 10 | 500 | 10 | uncut beryls | 6 | 20 | 2 | 120 | 12 | Subtotal | | | | 4000 | 222 | | Party | | | | | | Silver necklace with 12 pearls | 1 | 1300 | 10 | 1300 | 10 | Silver toad censer | 1 | 500 | 100 | 500 | 100 | Silver torc with 3 diamonds | 1 | 125 | 10 | 125 | 10 | uncut opals | 32 | 50 | 2 | 1600 | 64 | onyx | 10 | 25 | 1 | 250 | 10 | malachite | 2 | 25 | 1 | 50 | 2 | uncut beryls | 8 | 20 | 2 | 160 | 16 | gold coins | 15 | 1 | 1 | 15 | 15 | Subtotal | | | | 4000 | 227 | | Left with Yngvar | | | | | | Large Sack w/clothing, unguents, perfumes and creams | 4 | 1000 | 400 | 4000 | 1600 | Mirror | 1 | 55 | 100 | 55 | 100 | Wood and Mother of Pearl Coffer | 1 | 55 | 40 | 55 | 40 | Gold chalice | 1 | 80 | 50 | 80 | 50 | tusks | 5 | 9 | 50 | 45 | 250 | ermine pelts | 42 | 75 | 20 | 3150 | 840 | Copper torcs | 11 | 2 | 20 | 22 | 220 | gold coins | 3828 | 1 | 1 | 3828 | 3828 | Silver torcs | 4 | 20 | 10 | 80 | 40 | Silver tankards | 14 | 15 | 10 | 210 | 140 | Silk bag | 1 | 20 | 1 | 20 | 1 | Subtotal | | | | 11545 | 7109 | |

Not to totally mess up your treasure splitter, but...
Should we toss the uncut gems in the party fund as well, or disperse them more equally throughout the group?
Remember, they could be worth a lot more once they're cut.
Morvan and Kimball are getting the bulk of them. If they double or triple in value that means their splits are going to be higher than everyone else's.

I thought about that but I wasn't sure we were ever going have a chance to get them cut. No problem, I can manually move them around so most of them are in the Party share. I'll update the above post with the new split.

Has Kimball asked Yngvar if there are any strength bows in the armory that Kimball could purchase? Of course once he has a strength bow there will never be a good reason to use his sword again.
