So, now the Company of the Blue Sun has acquired a kickin' new bachelor pad, complete with a dungeon. The loss of the ice toad will probably lower the resale value, but we did manage to avoid burning the house down with a fireball, and we avoided scuffing the finish on the floors by keeping the carts outside.
So, are we selling the mansion or keeping it? If we sell it, we'll get a pile of gold big enough to swim in. If we keep it, we'll have to find some way to get a deed or something, and we'll have to find a way to keep it safe. That will likely mean hiring someone to watch out for it.
Otherwise, every time we leave for a week or so, squatters will move in. On the bright side, that means that every time we're in the area, we can just swing by the mansion, kill whatever bad guys set up shop there and sell the new furniture they put in.

Selling it would require finding a buyer - and how many buyers do you think there are out there? The fact that no one else lives out there except a Druid and a Werewolf (oh wait - the werewolf doesn't live there anymore) probably means that it isn't the best location for a home.
The guard might appreciate it as a spare barracks - so the town may be the most likely buyer...
I say we get back to the Hall of the Blue Sun ASAP, and see if we can catch the Orcs that we missed. If not, we can always hope that Gador's siblings come for their visit soon - it's more fun to fight giants when you're awake, and they aren't expecting it.

Perhaps we should comesider taking some of the nice rugs (as long as they aren't evil) from the Nellurite place. They seemed to be some pretty nice quality.

They don't really go with the decor. We'll buy brand new rugs when we get to town. We can even get them in blue.

No we'll just have you change the color of them as your moods swing. It'll be fine. Where have I heard that before...

Could our new home use a garden?
I'd like to plant some berry patches and healing herbs.

And traps. We need traps. And servants - we could use some servants to take care of the place while we're away. And can we grow some of those screaming mushrooms while we're at it? I like them.
