Apart from the issues of not dying within the next 48 hours, we have a few long term things to consider.
New members: I think we can consider offering any of the soldiers to enter the private sector with us. Going freelance is much more lucrative than government sevice. They're all 4th level (except Addy) and all tough.
Diego, Pavel, Max and Jarvis(?? I can't even remember my own character's name) are all welcome to join as well.
Training: Cedrus needs to train for spells. Max, Dell and Winthrop NEED to train for wound binding. Everyone must learn to bind wounds, including the casters. Everyone should also fill up their weapon proficiencies. Hopefully we can train each other for most of it to save time and money.

The only problem I see with that plan is that if we have a huge gaggle of fighters, we're going to need to go after bigger and bigger targets in order for everyone to get a decent share of loot. Plus it's more likely someone will get killed, so we'll have to blow a lot more cash on getting them raised, at least until Cedrus makes 9th level.
Plus we'll need to make more excuses as to why the NPC's get treated like crap.

I think we can adjust the treasure allotment to treat NPCs the same as PCs. All the Saltmarsh guys were pretty relaxed and will probably be happy as long as we supply them with magical weapons and armor. By now, we're getting more magical weapons and armor than we can handle. NPCs were made very upset when the split was magic items/no magic items. Now that the split will be magic items/slightly better magic items, they won't feel as screwed.

I'll teach Max how to bind wounds.
Are any of the Saltmarsh guys conscious?

Addy will stick around, because he's charmed - but charmed or not, he's still got an evil alignment. Diego and Pavel and the monk might stick around, but out of those three I only trust the monk, and he's the most useless one.
If we get back to Keoland with Melba, we'll take some time off for training and resupply, then see who wants to go fight bad dudes with us. I have a suspicion that the Saltmarsh guys want nothing more than to get home to their girlfriends, fishing boats, and cats. Tom's the constable, so he'll definitely be staying. Al may want to retire too...

Yeah, Cash is the most likely to want to join - but he's even surlier than Frank was.
