Haidar's got 6 levels to train for! Being in a high level party as a 1st level character defiantly has it's upsides. When I first started playing with this group the party was already around 7-8th level so my mook leveled up in the first two sessions, IIRC.

Yes, Haidar is definitely looking forward to a good night's sleep!

In the past, characters have needed 8 hours of sleep for each level (or set of levels in the case of a multi-class character). So Haidar will need 24 hours over the course of several days to realize all of his new experience. At the rate we are going it will be a while before we even need to rest. Though it might be nice to recharge 1st and 2nd level spells before too long.

24 hours of complete inactivity (not adventuring, not traveling) would be sufficient as well.

Haidar can't advance to 5th level in either class until he is trained for 2nd level spells, FYI.
Also note that none of the clerics in the party can train Haidar for 3rd level spells.

Wasn't there some issue with Perrin being unable to train and we had to go to that priest of Kord and he yelled at us and assigned Perrin some holy quest?
I remember joking about that holy quest a lot.
