So now that our long dual classing nightmareexperience is finished, our party is pretty dramatically different. We've got 3 front-line tanks, 4 healers and 2 magic users in a group of only 5 characters.
We should probably spend a bit of time figuring out ahead of time how to specialize and who'll do what.
Zinc will focus on keeping people healed during the fighting, and casting offensive/utility spells. And obviously taking charge when we're fighting undead.
I'd guess that Rennslaer will be tank #1 and focus on fighting and keep his spells for pre-fight buffs and post-fight healing.
Basil will be tank #2 and charm or use his other abilities as needed.
Kazan will hang back, casting spells and relying on his ridiculous speed to charge in 38" and attack if our lines are weakening.
And Morvan will hang back, doing healing and damage dealing as needed.

Rensslaer's main tactic will be: fight until low HP, Withdraw, heal to full in 1 round, continue fighting.
Kazan is a double specialized spear fighter with 18(00) strength. He gets a surprise bonus, has the third most HP in the party, monk speed, mirror images and other spells, an AC -4 (comparable to Rensslaer's) when using a shield. He's not some hang back spellcaster who rushes in to help when our lines are weakening (read: Basil is at 50HP and Rensslaer is unconscious)

Keep in mind that withdraw is a 3 segment spell. That gives them an 50% chance of getting initiative in time to attack, and you'll be without your Dex bonus.
With Kazan in the front line, we'll have a 3 man line with Zinc and Morvan in back-up.
Alternatively, we could shift our strategy and put Kazan and Zinc in the front too and focus all our spells on buffs and healing. Imagine Kazan putting most of his spells into Mirror Image, Fly, Mend, etc. And Zinc holding his spells for 100 hit points of healing and PfE 10'

Tactics!
Fighting withdrawl during the opponent's specialized round so they can't follow, then cast Withdraw while they close to melee the next round (assuming they can't/don't charge).

Count me unimpressed with this idea.

Cleaning up Kazan's character sheet... Do we still have Kimball's strength bow? Kazan is proficient but does not own a bow currently. Also are we giving the +2 ring of protection to Kazan and the +1 ring to Morvan or vice versa?
I think for the most part Kazan will stick with using his spear in melee (3/2, +8/+11). Against large groups or powerful opponents he will resort to webs or fireballs. For distance attacks and spell casters he can use magic missiles. I think he will take more utility spells now - fly, knock, invisibility, polymorph self, dispel magic, detect invisibility, etc. for use in non-combat situations.

We're not sure what happened to Kimball's strength bow. In the feeding frenzy of looting that followed his death, the Post-It appears to have been misplaced.

So Kazan's AC is Bracers AC 5 - 4 (Dex) - 3 (+2 shield) = -2? That's really good. I think a +1 ring is good, since Morvan really needs the extra help.
