I found my notes. The name of the priest of Jascar in Fort Guy is Milford. He's a curate. Norman and Conrad were the fishermen that agreed to ship you back and forth across the Shrill River.

Indeed, Zinc is stuck holding the bag. There's a contents list with post-it notes on my binder.
If they take all our loot, how will I pay for training? :(

Who is carrying the other magical shortsword, the one that glows?

Me as well. It should be a post-it on my character sheet.

So do you think the Sisters or the halflings are more likely to help rescue the party?
By my count the remaining enemies were The Eel, Gral, two body guards and 3 hobgoblins. Also 3 goblins ran away somewhere. I am sure the Sisters could take them but they haven't seemed very interested in actually helping us get rid of the hobgoblin threat. The halflings owe us for rescuing them but it is not clear where they live - somewhere further along the ridge above the ogre lair. Of course this assumes Kazan can make it to help, running through the night with a glowing stone with a single hit point.

Since we made it outside there is the possibility that there are some halflings keeping watch. If so hopefully one can reach you before you start running. The problem is that any rescue will have to enter the monastery. I asume that we'll be taken inside and put into the cells before being tortured etc.

Time is of the essence. There are fresh corpses that the Eel can reanimate and there are hobgoblin reinforcements that they can call up. Hopefully Kazan can get help before the Eel gets too many sleep cycles.

Well, Kazan should speak with the nearby animals and ask if they know where the short people are.

Good stuff.
Not sure I like the ending. Maybe you could have us win. : )

Hah.
I hope we get to roll up halfling characters with which to effect a daring rescue of our regular characters.

Hah. I hope we get to roll up halfling characters with which to effect a daring rescue of our regular characters. So we'll all get +3 using our slings and shortbows! Gotta take advantage of the new rules.
