I gave you the XP for the magic items. I'll subtract the XP for whatever is taken by the Sisters. Total XP so far is 1009 for those who get the 10% bonus, 917 for those who don't.

Did someone pickup the unconscious the goblin? We dropped the dead goblins over the ridge and then we went in search of a campsite. I don't recall anyone saying they picked up the prisoner. He is only a couple hundred yards back if someone wants to go back and find him in the dark.

I'd suggest both of the guys with infravision. Nobody should wander away from camp alone in the dark. Maybe the goblin's friends found him.

My notes have Morvan knocking the goblin unconcious and taking him prisoner. So I assume that he still has the goblin.

You did leave him behind. But he's not that far away from you (or conversely, you aren't that far away from him).

So, what's the plan? Are we going to scout the monastery? Send the monk up a tree to check it out? Or just charge through the front door for a TPK Citadel-by-the-Sea style?

Lots of scouting. Since we know there is a dungeon underneath the place do we want to try to find the back door?
I am still not sure how we are going to handle more than 5 hobgoblins. Just about every encounter we have had thus far has left at least one of us unconscious and it has taken at least half of our healing to get everyone full again. And then we have rested to regain our spells. What are we going to do when we have two or more encounters right in a row?
I do recommend not using any cleric spells for anything other than healing - except Morvan's Entangle. And make sure your crossbows are loaded.

Some of the spells are much more useful if cast in a big fight than in a small one. For example, a Protection from Evil is much more useful when cast on someone who's going to spend the next 3 rounds in combat with multiple opponents. Bless is also much more helpful when we're fighting 8 hobgoblins instead of 4.

We've got a scroll with Protection From Evil and Cure Light Wounds at 7th level. So that's 21 rounds of PfE and a guaranteed 7 hp. We also have a potion of invisibility and a potion of healing. I know it goes against everything in us to actually use our consumable magic items, but survival is most important.
Can Morvan convert the Entangle (druid spell) to a Cure Light Wounds? Can we count on Entangle within the evil Monastery? In the dungeon below the evil Monastery?
Any thoughts on effective uses for the spell Invisibility to Undead?
If the undead make their save, it works like a Taunt or whatever it was that afflicted Hugh.

Also, our deal with the sisters didn't include their identifying the items they choose or even detecting magic on them (which I'm sure they will anyway.)
A couple well-placed Light spells on some non-magic items mixed in with the magic items might be in order.
Being Lawful Neutral, Rensslaer is bound to the the agreement the party struck with the witches. But that doesn't mean we can't try to come out ahead for a change.

I think the last thing we want to do is upset them by trying to short them on the deal we made. Not only are they both 7th level and could easily TPK us, but don't forget that one of them is a source of spells for our magic user. If we have enough gold and gems from the dungeon we may be able to get some useful spells for Morvan - Magic Missile and Web to start. But not if we sour the relationship by trying to pawn off dubious magic items. There will be plenty of time to come out ahead when we are higher level. BTW, do we know to which deity the clerical scroll was written?

They're trying to charge us 300 gold to draw a simple map of the area.
It'll be 10x that for a magic spell, let alone spell ink.
We're better off trekking back to the City-State of the Invincible Overlord.
I'll accede to the party's wishes, but I am wholly against giving them all the treasure we recover for a couple 1st level spells.

BTW, do we know to which deity the clerical scroll was written? Hammon. Neither a Sueloise god nor a god of the Land of Sand.
