Did we use a house rule for Continual Light? The PHB lists it as having a 6" radius, and we always play it with a 3" radius. I don't know how I haven't noticed that in a zillion weeks of gaming, but I just saw it.

Honestly, I've always played them as a continual version of the light spell, not realizing that they had three times the area of effect. We can up their radiance from here on out if you want, or continue to play them as we have.

Well, having light stones that radiate 6" will fix a lot of our problems. For example, the ogre on top of the room we were in would have been fully illuminated. The dragon, also would have been easier to spot. A globe of light with a sixty foot radius is friggin' huge.

I agree. It is friggin' huge. It also means your encounters will likely start from significantly further away, especially outdoors. I imagine surprising someone will become much more difficult.
