Not all enemies are magical.
Single specialization is +1/+2.
The six-armed snake-demoness dropped 2 shortswords, 2 battle axes and 2 scimitars. The weapons' manufacture is distinctively fearsome, all of them being serrated, barbed, frightfully embellished, etc. Friedrich would guess they are demon-forged.

Not all enemies are magical. I took that into consideration in my analysis. Single specialization is +1/+2. I calculated single specialization as +1/+3 thus my whole analysis is off. Oh well.

Just to make it simple and keep similarities constant, Friedrich's weapon bonus is +3/+3 with the black iron axe vs normal creatures and +5/+5 vs magical creatures. With the bardiche it's +3/+4 or +4/+5 vs all creatures, depending on whether it's +2 or +3 (be optimistic and hope it's actually +4!!). In all cases, the bardiche's rolled damage is superior. Friedrich has the carrying capacity to bring along both, and fight normally with the bardiche but stow it and fight with the shield brooch and black iron axe vs magical creatures.

Trommer will pick up the two short sword and two scimitars. Demon forged weapons might be worth something even if they are not magical.

No, he cannot, as these places are not known to him which is a requirement of Teleport w/o Error. And the Helm of Telepathy will not cut it for Teleport purposes. Read the description of the item. It can only communicate in language or, failing that, emotion. OK. Instead, he could teleport really high so he can see miles away. Then he step teleports south until he reaches the caravan route. Then he step teleports west until he reaches Barb-el-Shay, etc. At worst it would take a couple of hours to get to Antioch. The return trip would of course be a single jump. But I am fine with just sticking everything in the q-box until we return if that is easier. Given that it is going to take several hours to get back down the mountain, we should probably start back now rather than hitting another temple. Or we could ask Dariel to ferry us one at a time, after we hit another temple. We could even move the camp out into the desert and use Dariel to get us back and forth each day.

I think we're good to hit Sif-Muna right away, where our angel buddy will be maximally helpful. I think it's asking a lot to request Dariel hold off on his evil fighting duties to stay a night with us. Given that looting Demogorgon's temple took probably an hour in all, we can demonstrate to Dariel that this is an efficient use of his very valuable time.

It is not clear to me how long he is here with us. He has already helped us with two temples, separated by a couple of hours. Most summoning spells would have ended by now.
While we are clean up after the fight, we will ask Dariel what the extent of his aid to us is. Is there a fixed amount of time that he will remain on this plane? Will he help us until our current set of tasks are done? Are there circumstances where he would stay longer?

Is there any interest in trying a little deception to start discord in the tent city below? Spread rumors that the temple of Demogorgon was looted by the followers of the Petty Deaths? Maybe scrawl a message on the altar in ashes "Sif Muna Rules"?
As an alternate plan, we could occupy the temple. Killing the 4 remaining Type I demons won't be too tough, and we could bring our camels up here. If bad guys come up to worship, we can ambush them.

Will he help us until our current set of tasks are done? Are there circumstances where he would stay longer? He is under no time constraint, nor is he bound to serve the party in any way. Evil has raised up a great many followers in this unholy place and Dariel will not abandon heroes of good who challenge the forces of darkness. If the party means to rest or halt their evil-vanquishing efforts he would most likely depart for a time, to return to the heavenly garrison or make efforts to re-familiarize himself with the plane or seek information on your Demonspore, but would endeavor to return. Maybe scrawl a message on the altar in ashes "Sif Muna Rules"? Who is touching the altar? As an alternate plan, we could occupy the temple. Killing the 4 remaining Type I demons won't be too tough, and we could bring our camels up here. If bad guys come up to worship, we can ambush them. Trail is too narrow for camels at the top.

Before Paavo removes the staff from the altar he will ask Dariel to check for traps. Can he also detect magic on everything in the room? I am worried that big statue behind the altar is going to do something bad when a lawful good being touches the altar. Paavo will also borrow the anti-magic shield from Trommer.
Did Dariel take the Prayer Bead of Lesser Summoning from Dan? If Dariel departs, how soon can Dan use the Bead to ask for his aid again?

So who wants to go swimming with the followers of She who is Many? They are not evil so Paavo doesn't necessarily want to start killing them, but he has a bad feeling about blindly following them. Maybe Colby can polymorph and then explore the cavern/lake while we parley.

We started the session in the temple of She-Who-Is-Many, talking with a small group of pool dwelling humans with glowing eyes, where we left off. We talked for a bit and then left to keep exploring, as they were creepy, but non hostile. While exploring, we torched some slimy egg sacs, which provoked the humans into attacking us. The four of them were beastly combatants, unarmored and attacking with fists, but still ridiculously tough. Colby started to parley with them during the fight, and we just left. When we return, we'll memorize fire spells to overcome their regeneration
We were still pretty stocked with spells and HP, so we pressed on to the temple of Lu Bueh, an orietal god of plagues. We stopped midfight, with a bunch of guys and two giant monsters, who are specialized fighters that do a ton of damage and have magic resistance. Look for Eddie to post pictures.

The good news is that Bolo gained a more powerful lightning device (12d6); the bad news is that he lost his henchman.
It took us a while to wrap up the fight in the temple of Lu Yueh. The undead creatures that attacked from the rear were a type of undead we hadn't fought before - sons of Kyus. They kept regenerating and the main fighters were too busy on the other front to help out. At least 6 people were feared by them and ran off in random directions. Unfortunately Gabul ran into a six-armed spell caster. Who first held him and then tore him limb from limb. The creature was going to go for Azhbar or Paavo (who were also held) next but Trommer arrived just in time. There were also a couple of neo-otyughs and a cleric with a diamond mace that shoots lightning bolts. In addition, Friedrich was attacked by a grub from one of the sons of Kyus. It nearly burrowed into his brain but Dan used some coals to burn it out. Friedrich lost a point of charisma for this. Eventually we defeated everything and gathered what loot we could find. We also took a part of Gabul in case we are able to get him resurrected.
We decided to leave the mountain for now and head back. We met a group of good Dervishes on the way back who gave us a ride. We rested and then traveled without adventure to the Ghost City of Khosura. We have just entered the Tomb of Crypts(?) in search of something Colby's master wants in exchange for training him.
BTW, the skeletons should get saving throws to see if they avoided the falling block. Also, on the travels to the Ghost City, the clerics and Paavo will use cure disease on everyone to make sure there are no lingering effects of the temple.

Smart, because both Friedrich and Mary had advanced leprosy.
