Maybe we can work on that after we take out Snurri and King Groorg.

We'll want to have someone bring our horses into town. We'll want them if we go fight the host surrounding the town.

A bunch of people need to adjust weapon proficiencies. Jasper needs to pick up heavy crossbow and javelin. We've got a +1 Halberd that no one uses. Anyone who doesn't have anything better to use might want it. Additionally, we might want to take stock of our excess weapons and armor. As we traded a scimitar to the gnomes for a shield, we might want to trade something here. Oaklock also needs training. Otto needs to train in using the hammer since he is the only one tall and strong enough to wield it. We should finish identifying it. The javelin of lightning is Jasper's once he has trained. While we are identifying things can you add the gem we got from the bird people.

Someone should be helping the alchemist make magic potions - I'm sure that the local lord would be glad to have a potion of giant strength available. If we train Oaklock, that means Oaklock and Winthrop can't write scrolls or make potions - so the only one able to do that would be Dell. After training Oaklock should help with the potions and Winthrop with writing scrolls. Potions are no more powerful given the level of the spellcaster making them but spells on scrolls tend to be.

Yup. You going to hand him over to the Governor? If so, what questions would you like him to be asked? I think we should let the Governor handle the questioning. Some things I would like to know: -Who is running the siege on Longspear? -What are the total forces in the siege? -What are the plans for taking the rest of Longspear? -Are they happy to just keep the rest of the city contained now that the temple district has been destroyed or are they planning another major offensive against another part of the city? -Did they have help from inside in taking the temple district? -Where is the army getting its supplies? -How many priests/shamans/wizards are in the army? -Any demons or powerful undead? -Is any attempt to tunnel into the city being done? -What about using the sewer system? -Any attacks planned on the river front? -What forces have the ability to fly/levitate? Also for Lord Highstrider: -What is the strength of his forces? -What is the breakdown in terms of infantry, mounted, archers? -What about engineers, sappers, ballista and catapult teams? -Who are his commanders? -How mercenaries are currently used by the merchants/nobles? -Can they be conscripted? -How many wizards does he have?
